OCEA aka Ohio Clinical Engineering Association is located just south of Lake Erie and north of the Ohio River in what used to be known as The Northwest Territory.

Our Mission Statement:

"To improve the quality of patient care and safety by providing our members the opportunity to grow and develop their technical skills in the selection, repair, and support of clinical medical equipment and to promote cooperation through the exchange of information and ideas between members and other organizations."

Each year OCEA rotates meetings around the state through the several regions of Northeast, Central, Southern, and Northwest.

The 2008 Summer Meeting will be held on August 21st, 22nd, and 23rd at the Crowne Plaza Columbus North in Columbus Ohio and will include Seminars, Presentations, Vendor Exhibits, A Meet-n-Greet Social, A Golf Outing and much much more. This year's theme is: "Medical Equipment Maintenance, The Magic Beyond The Toolbox".
