Steris system 1e

About[]

A Liquid/Chemical Sterilizer is an automated, tabletop, microcomputer-controlled device which maintains the process parameters necessary to ensure standardized and effective liquid chemical sterilization. The device is an immersible, heat-sensitive machine used to clean scopes (e.g. endoscopes, sigmoidoscopes, etc). The use dilution fills the chamber and is typically heated to 115 - 131°F (46 - 55°C) for liquid chemical sterilization. The device operates on 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 15 amp power circuits. [1]

It uses a sterilant concentrate which is a powerful liquid chemical sterilant used to eliminate all microbial life. The whole process takes approximately a 23-minutes to complete one cycle.
